9 Weeks

Time is flying. Last week was Zach's immunisations and weigh in. It was heart breaking to see his little face when the needles went in but I was able to give him big cuddles to comfort. He's weighed in at 5.5kgs and his 50 % across the board. He's a beautiful little boy and Jona and I often find ourselves staring at him, soaking in the beautiful smiles. Zach graduated to his cot this week and celebrated by sleeping through til 7am for two mornings. He stirred at 5am but promply went back to sleep. This morning, however. he was back to 5 am today but that still gives us some solid sleep.

We have begun to see Zach's sporting ability - he loves kicking his legs and waving his arms. Jona, Allan and Bevo are sure he's a left footer but only time will tell. He's also begun to purposely grab at his horse rattle and pulls it up to his face. It won't be long until he has it in his mouth.
